Power is both a responsibility and an honor. The project mainly goes through four links:
I. Pre-project plan, modeling and determination of the cabinet
When we contacted this project, it was already in the middle of the project and belonged to the implementation process. The main structure of the float car has been welded and formed. The connection between the main structure and the LED display screen was communicated by another supplier in the early stage, without leaving the previous plan, and this The project is a confidential project, and it is not allowed to pass on drawings, photos, etc., only through face-to-face communication and telephone communication project needs, and the solutions provided by us, the communication is difficult, because it is a special-shaped display, involving more than 30 different specifications The body needs to be installed into four sets of display screens, and the position, drawing communication and confirmation of each other, multi-party coordination and communication are more difficult.
II. the production cycle is tight
The total output of four sets of screens is more than 60 square meters, and the production cycle is only ten days, including the design and production of special-shaped cabinets, spray color according to customer requirements, display assembly, aging and so on.
III. the installation and debugging links
This project needs to be transferred to multiple sites according to the requirements of the organizing committee. It requires multiple installation, disassembly and commissioning work, and the time is tight and needs to work with the builder. The time node is not easy to control, and the mobile phone is not allowed on site. The difficulty of internal communication and communication with customers has also added inconvenience to the solution of the problem.
IV.the rainy day test
Since the main structure of the float car was welded earlier than our display, the standard waterproof case that we proposed was not installed and maintained. After the customer's request and meeting confirmation, it was changed to a standard case, non-waterproof back cover. Equipment, although our participants repeatedly stressed the risk of rain, but could not change. In the beginning of September, the test of the second heavy rain caused the rain to drip from the back of some of the boxes into the box. Although we used the measures of water absorption by the towel, air drying, etc., there were still some malfunctions such as lack of color in the module. It is not our responsibility, but in line with the principle of solving the problem first, after communicating with the customer, the personnel are urgently arranged for repair and replacement, and the support personnel are arranged until the end of the National Day event.
